Martin Luther King, Jr. was a wonderful man. He fought for the rights of all people when trying to stand up quietly failed. He had a dream. I have a dream . I dream that some day men and women will have equal rights. That is my dream. His dream was to have people judged not by their color but their hearts. His dream changed the world. RS

Martin Luther King, Jr. was a good man. He had a dream that black and white people could go to the same school or work together. He was shot on a hotel balcony on January 14. But his dream came true because there are black and white kids in my class. VW

Martin Luther King, Jr. was a hero. He had a dream. In his dream white children and black children were holding hands. They respected each other. He wanted to share that dream. He said,"I have a dream." Then he was shot. The person that killed him was James Ray. He tried to make freedom...and he did. We remember him by being friendly to others and by having freedom. He changed our lives. JR

Martin Luther King Jr. was a great man. He had a great speech. He was a great person all together. James Ray killed Martin Luther King,Jr. because he didn't like his speech. EK

Martin Luther King Jr. was a great man. When he grew up he had a dream. He dreamed that black and white people could be together. He made a march and got shot and died. He got shot because of a man in the crowd, but freedom came. Blacks and whites came together. Blacks and whites could go to the same school and they could be together. EF
